How to make aloe vera oil at home
Making your own oil guarantees freshness and purity. You only need a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 fresh aloe vera leaves
1/2 cup carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, or almond oil)
Preparation:
Wash the aloe vera leaves thoroughly.
Carefully remove the gel from the leaves.
Place the gel in a clean container and mix it with the carrier oil.
Heat the mixture in a water bath for 10–15 minutes, without bringing it to a boil, to allow the aloe’s nutrients to penetrate the oil.
Let it cool and store in a dark glass jar in a cool place. Read more…
