Blueberry Butter Swim Biscuits with Lemon Glaze (Quick Recipe)

Instructions

 

 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Stir in milk until just combined; gently fold in blueberries.
  • Pour melted butter into an 8×8 baking dish.
  • Spread the biscuit dough on top of the butter (don’t mix).
  • Cut into squares in the pan and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  • Mix powdered sugar + lemon juice to make the glaze.
  • Drizzle over warm biscuits and serve.
