Instructions

1. Caramelize the Onions

  • Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add onions and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until golden and caramelized (12–15 minutes). Remove from heat.

2. Prepare the Patties

  • Shape into 4 thin patties, about the size of your bread slices.
