White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Balls

Creamy, tangy, and perfectly sweet—these no-bake cheesecake balls are coated in white chocolate and topped with freeze-dried raspberries for an elegant treat!

Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake Balls:

1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs

1 ½ cups (340g) cream cheese, softened

½ cup (60g) powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup fresh raspberries, mashed

½ cup white chocolate chips, melted

For the Coating:

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

¼ cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed

1. Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture:
